A Welcome Message from Patrick

The PBCO crew and I would like to welcome you to our new and improved Pisgah Banjo website featuring the FIRST EVER online custom banjo design tool. This fun banjo designing experience makes it easy to sort through the many characteristics of a banjo and allows you to see pricing for your dream banjo along the way. It also helps to simplify the decision making process and allows you to easily pick and choose our options and place an order even if you are undecided about any option. We are also happy to help you along the way. Just send us an email!

If you prefer holding and trying before buying, the new site also features eight banjo models available ONLY at our many awesome retailers across the country. These models also come in several different rim sizes and scale lengths to satisfy just about every banjo preference out there. We value all of our wonderful retailers and could not be where we are today without them, so please pay them a visit. New banjo models are already in the works and will hopefully be available to retailers in 2018.

Having built over 1000 banjos, we also thank our many many customers who believe in our mission and have helped spread the word along the way. We do not advertise whatsoever and each banjo we make and sell has been because of customer referrals. We truly appreciate the power of word of mouth in the old-time and banjo community which all of us at Pisgah have been a part of for many years. We hope to continue providing the best customer service and are happy to answer any banjo related question you may have.

In this New Year of 2018, we are excited to combine new technology, with 100 plus year old banjo design and construction techniques. My crew and I welcome you to our new face to the world as we continue building quality banjos and sticking true to our mission of building affordable, handmade banjos from native Appalachian hardwoods and banjo parts made in the USA.

A Special thanks to Mason and Josiah Greenewald at Yonderday LLC who put countless hours into our new beautiful website and were willing to collaborate with me on the complicated task of building the banjo design page and having it work beautifully. Can’t thank them enough. Enjoy!

Happy New Years!
