11″ Spunover Copper Rim with Dobson tone ring, beautiful walnut standard scale neck,  fretless richlite fingerboard, paddle style headstock with quilted star inlay, and folk heel. Additional features include a standard maple bridge, Hawktail tailpiece,  brass frailing S-scoop, John Balch Goat skin head, JB ball bracket shoes, and brass hardware.

This banjo has a warm tone with plenty of volume, resonance, and sustain – perfect for Clawhammer and it is a joy to play!   Installed with PBCO nylegut strings.  Add one of our handmade, Armadillo Armrests, and we will be happy to install it for you!
